Laura Sharpe
Laura is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in overseeing and supporting clinical operations in both Fort McMurray and Edmonton. Known for her tactful approach, Laura excels in providing consultation, negotiation, and mediation services to clients and customers of the clinics and projects. She leads operational meetings, fostering collaboration among project staff, clients, and subcontractors, while optimizing job scheduling and resource allocation through effective short-term and long-term planning. In addition to her operational responsibilities, she assists the President with business development initiatives, including the preparation of bid packages. With a blend of operational expertise, leadership skills, and a focus on compliance and efficiency, Laura plays a pivotal role in advancing the success of the clinics and their services.

Jackie Tuscano
In her role as Designated Employee Representative, Jackie fosters a positive work environment and supports the well-being of staff, emphasizing the importance of a supportive culture. She expertly manages client relationships, ensuring seamless coordination across various locations.
Jackie is also a dedicated advocate for training and development; as a Train-The-Trainer, she empowers staff to excel in their roles through effective training programs. A seasoned Occupational Health Technician, Jackie has been an integral part of Medika North since its inception in 2017. Her diverse roles within the company have established her as a vital asset to daily operations, contributing significantly to the organization’s success.

Tiffany Flett
Tiffany is a proud member of the Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation. She was born in Fort McMurray and has resided in the Wood Buffalo Area for most of her life. She has obtained her Diploma with honors in Addiction & Mental Health from Sundance College and certified in Trauma Informed Care; Since then has been an active role model and advocate for Indigenous community. She brings extensive background knowledge in Mental Health to Medika North. Working closely with our Substance Abuse Experts (SAE/SAP team) Tiffany creates a safe place for our clients to find their voice, and share their challenges. She believes in our cause and being able to create effective and positive futures.
